Black-white poncho with pom-poms

Size: 110-120
Consumption: 1 ball of of yarn CASSANDRA No.13- black yarn with white pom-poms and 1 ball of white yarn DEBORA No.400. While knitting with yarn CASSANDRA leave pom-poms always in the obverse side of the fabric.
Needles: No. 9
Knit the Poncho in 2 parts from the top down. Start with 25 stitches with yarn CASSANDRA and knit a 3 row elastic hem. Keep switching stitches - knit one, purl one. Continue to knit the obverse side, and purl the reverse side and in every obverse row add 1 stitch in front and one 1 stitch behind the middle stitch in the row. That will make the row expand. Knit 10 rows above the hem and then switch every 2 rows white and black yarn, a total of 20 rows. Knit the last 3 rows with white yarn and with the next row finish the work. After completing the second part on the reverse side, stitch the two parts together and whipstitch the end threads. The poncho is 33 cm in length along the side seam.
